PURPOSE: A building device system is provided to conveniently convert a first program to a second program according to a function of a second programming language, thereby conveniently performing program storage and execution.;CONSTITUTION: An external device(10) inputs a first program composed of a first programming language about controlling building device. A device control unit(20) converts the first program into a second program composed of a second programming language. The device control unit provides set information about the second program.
