METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SEMI-RIGID COAXIAL CABLE, CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING A LONG AND CONTINUOUS CABLE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a semi-rigid coaxial cable is provided to continuously perform a soldering operation between a coaxial cable and a connector by plating the cable with tin.;CONSTITUTION: An insulator is wound around an insulator supplying unit(S10). A metal tape is wound around a tape supplying unit(S20). A cylindrical metal pipe is fabricated by inducing the metal tape in a pipe-fabricating unit for a tape and rolling up the upper side and the lower side of the metal tape(S30). The insulator is inserted into the longitudinal direction of the metal pipe(S40). The upper side and the lower side of the metal tape is welded(S50). The insulator and the metal pipe are adhered and drawn to form a cable(S60). The case is wound around a winding unit(S70).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
