NON-HALOGEN COMPOSITION CAPABLE OF OBTAINING EXCELLENT COLD RESISTANCE AND OIL RESISTANCE AND HAVING A SUPERIOR FLAME RETARDANT PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A non-halogen composition having cold resistance and oil resistance is provided to be eco-friendly without including halogens and to obtain high cold resistance which satisfies a (-45) °C impact test and high resistance to lubricant and specific oil.;CONSTITUTION: A non-halogen composition having cold resistance and oil resistance comprises: 50-100 parts by weight of a metal hydroxides flame retardant which is coated with vinyl silane or fatty acid; 4-7 parts by weight of fatty acid ester-based plasticizer; and 5-9 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent based on 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin. The base resin includes: 20-40 weight% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 18-28 weight% of vinyl acetate; 50-70 weight% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 40-46 weight% of vinyl acetate; and 10-20 weight% of ethylene-vinyl acetate which is grafted with maleic anhydrides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
