PURPOSE: An apparatus which is able to automatically exercise waist and lower body by high-to-low vibration of a foothold is provided.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for waist and lower body exercise by high-to-low vibration of a foothold comprises: a motor and decelerator which are connected inside the lower portion of the apparatus main body(110); a rotation board which is mounted on the rotation shaft(140); a driving wheel(170) which is mounted at the upper portion; and a high-to-low support(180) at back portion and front portion of the rotation board.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
