PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of coal water fuel, comprising generation of cavitation and treatment of high frequency, and coal water fuel manufactured by the same are provided to reduce the abrasion of a coal crushing machine while reducing power consumption.;CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a mixed fuel of coal and water is comprised of the steps: crushing coal through a crusher; mixing crushed coal, water, and catalyst to form the suspension of the water and coal; forming the emulsion of the water and coal by generating cavitation in the suspension; removing foreign material from the emulsion through a centrifuge; and applying high frequency to the emulsion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
