PURPOSE: An implantable optical bio sensor and an optical body monitoring system therewith are provided to accurately measure blood component concentration by directly analyzing blood.;CONSTITUTION: An implantable optical bio sensor comprises a light source unit(110), a measuring unit(120), a light receiving unit(130), a signal converting unit, and a transmission unit. The measuring unit irradiates light supplied from the light source unit to blood, and transfers the blood to the light receiving unit. The light receiving unit detects the light through the blood. The signal converting unit converts a signal transferred from the light receiving unit into an electric signal. The transmission unit transfers a value measured from the light receiving unit to an external measuring module.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
