PURPOSE: An apparatus for a support of a rail part, which can restrict or control the vibration transfer to roadbed, is provided to supply optimum condition on descending according to induced power.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for a support of a rail part comprises a support plate(10), a first elastic member(12), a second elastic member(24) and preliminary stress devices(28,30). The support plate is connected to the rail part and indirectly arranged on a supporting part(20). The first elastic member extends along the lower surface of the support plate. The first elastic member has a first spring characteristic curve(62). The second elastic member is arranged on the upper side(22) of the support plate.
