PURPOSE: A method and a system for transacting a carbon exhaust credit between member stores and a recording medium thereof are provided to transfer an idle carbon exhaust credit of a member store with an idle carbon exhaust credit, thereby providing a convenient carbon exhaust credit transaction.;CONSTITUTION: A carbon exhaust credit usage detail confirming unit(140) confirms a carbon exhaust credit usage detail of a member store. An idle/deficient carbon exhaust credit calculating unit(145) calculates an idle carbon exhaust credit or a deficient carbon exhaust credit for the member store.
