PURPOSE: A method for allowing moveable permanent magnet to gain strong kinetic energy by descending fixed permanent magnet forwards is provided to prevent the loss of kinetic energy of a moveable permanent magnet.;CONSTITUTION: A method for allowing moveable permanent magnet to gain strong kinetic energy by descending fixed permanent magnet forwards comprises following steps. When a moveable body(100) is pulled in a traveling direction(500) to obtain the kinetic energy and just before a moveable permanent magnet(110) passes through a magnetic force central line(400) of the block(200) of fixed permanent magnets(210), a magnetic force blocking plate(310) is rapidly extracted between permanent magnets(300,330) for repulsion.
