PURPOSE: A low carbon-metal manganese and a low carbon-ferromanganese manufacturing method by using continuous thermal reaction are provided to manufacture low carbon ferromanganese without a separate process using waste in an aluminum melting furnace as a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A low carbon-metal manganese and a low carbon-ferromanganese manufacturing method comprises next steps. Scrap iron, a metal manganese or ferromanganese is put in an electric furnace in order to manufacture a molten metal. The ore briquette is put in the molten metal and the metal mesh manganeseor the ferromanganese molten metal in order to make thermale reaction. The slag is removed by thermale reaction. The content of the Mn of the manganese mineral powder or the manganese dust is 30 weight%.
