PURPOSE: A method for preparing porous gold particles and an electrode for heavy metal detection using the same are provided to improve the sensitivity and freedom of selection when detecting a minute amount of heavy metal.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing porous gold particles comprises steps of: adding water in a mixture including alumina precursor, a surfactant, gold ion and organic solvent to form alumina sol, adding a reductant in the alumina sol liquid to make a suspension including alumina sol and gold nano particles, forming bicontinuous phase particles through heat treatment of the suspension, and etching the bicontinuous phase particles to remove the alumina template.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
