PURPOSE: An engine applied with gravity and power of a permanent magnet is provided to minimize repulsive power created at the initial point of a permanent magnet installed in a thrust magnet plate.;CONSTITUTION: A middle roller adjusts the angle of action line of an outer guide plate(11). The repulsion of a permanent magnet of a thrust magnetic plate(29) is guided into torque. The action angle of the permanent magnet installed in a rotation weight body(77) is adjusted.
