PURPOSE: A producing method of nanoporous alumina is provided to produce a nanoporous metal oxide with a three dimensional pore structure without periodically changing the kinds of electrolytes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a nanoporous metal oxide comprises the following steps: pre-processing the surface of a metal material(101); dipping the pre-processed metal material(103) to an electrolytic tank, and forming a metal oxide layer with a pore(106) on the metal material using a hard anodizing; and consecutively applying a voltage or a current to the electrolytic tank and controlling the applying wave of the voltage or the current.
