PURPOSE: A periodic alarm apparatus, an alarm method and a storage media for generating alarm in case the event generation time is identical from each other are provided to notify a user about the common point of time by automatically extracting the common point of time.;CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) generates common event information according to the manipulation of a user and discrete event information about discrete events. A common event controller(120) generates common time information corresponding to the common time when the common event is created.
