PURPOSE: An OsRC1 gene promoter which is specifically expressed in callus of differentiating rice plant is provided to artificially control time when the gene expresses.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for specifically expressing OsRC1 gene in callus of differentiating rice plant contains OsRC1 promoter. The OsRC1 promoter has a base sequence of sequence number 3. A composition for specifically expressing OsRC1 gene in callus contains a recombinant plant expression vector containing the promoter. A method for expressing a foreign gene in the callus comprises: a step of inserting the foreign gene to the recombinant expression vector containing the promoter; and a step of transformed the recombinant plant expression vector to the rice plant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
