PURPOSE: A driving apparatus using a magnet and a method for generating reciprocation are provided to generate the reciprocation by controlling a magnetic shield between a fixed magnet and a moving magnet.;CONSTITUTION: A driving device includes a moving magnet(110), two fixed magnets(200,210), a guide device, a magnetic filed shielding material(300), and a magnetic field shielding material moving device. The moving magnet is movably arranged between two fixed magnets. The guide device guides the reciprocation of the moving magnet between two fixed magnets.
