FOOD WASTE LIVESTOCK FEED AND COMPOST AND BIO-GAS PRODUCTION PRETREATMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A pre-treatment system for producing livestock-feed, compost, and bio-gas using food-waste is provided to eco-friendly dispose the food-waste by overcoming problems related to wastewater, stench, and sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sealed hopper(10) includes a magnetic metal separation unit(11), a crushing and stirring unit(12). A first stirring unit(40) separates and washes food-waste. A first aeration unit(50) floats floating impurities(2). An intermediate shielding wall separates the floating impurities, the food-waste, and non-metal waste. A first mesh screen conveyor system(60) sorts the floating impurities. A second stirring unit(41) floats the washed food-waste on water. A second mesh screen conveyor system(61) sorts the floated food-waste. A third precipitative bath screen conveyor system(62) sorts non-ferrous metals and non-metals.
