PILOT BURNER WHICH PREVENTS MISFIRE BY MAINTAINING THE OPTIMAL COMBUSTION RATIO OF GAS AND AIR BY ADDING A NEEDLE VALVE

PURPOSE: A pilot burner is provided to prevent misfire due to the inner pressure change of a mixing chamber by maintaining the optimal combustion ratio of gas and air by adding a needle valve and by removing moisture from air.;CONSTITUTION: A pilot burner comprises a flame generation tip(20), an ignition plug(22), a mixing chamber(24), a gas service pipe(32), an air supply pipe(52), a regulator(30), a solenoid valve(40) and a needle valve(50). The flame generation tip is installed in one side of the main burner in order to produce flame. The ignition plug produces flame. The mixing chamber is fixed and coupled in a part of the flame generation tip in order to mix air and gas. The gas service pipe is projected to one end downward of the mixing chamber. The gas service pipe supplies the gas to the mixing chamber. The solenoid valve controls the pressure of the gas.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
