PURPOSE: A method of cooling the electric parts of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce the driving noise of a water pump since the cooling water circulates according to the temperature of electric parts which are divided into a multi stage.;CONSTITUTION: A method of cooling the electric parts of a hybrid vehicle comprises the next steps. The temperature of the electric part is divided into a multi-stage. The operating of a water pump is controlled which circulates the cooling water according to the temperature of the electric part divided according to the operating mode of the hybrid vehicle. In a temperature dividing process, the temperature of the electric part is classified into a limit temperature, a maximum allowable temperature and a minimum allowable temperature. At the limit temperature, the damage of the electric part starts to occur due to the heat. The maximum allowable temperature is the highest temperature, which the electric part can allow, in the range lower than the limit temperature.
