PURPOSE: A foldable handcart and a foldable baby carriage are provided to be efficiently used by reducing the size and height of the handcart and the baby carriage.;CONSTITUTION: A foldable handcart and a foldable baby carriage comprise a first vertical frame member(101), a second vertical frame member(102), a first cross member(103), and a side frame member(104). The first and second vertical frame members can be extended up and down. The second vertical frame member is rotatably connected to the top of the first vertical frame member. The top end of the first cross member is supported by the first vertical frame member.
