AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM FOR RAILROAD VEHICLES, CAPABLE OF MINIMIZING DAMAGES OF FIRE

PURPOSE: An automatic fire extinguishing system for railroad vehicles is provided to notify fire accidents to a control center, passengers, and an operator even when the operator of the railroad vehicles is unable to recognize the fire accidents and to minimize damages of the fire by automatically taking a beginning action.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic fire extinguishing system for railroad vehicles comprises: a fire sensor(100) including a monitor and a speaker on the inner part of the railroad vehicles; a communication module(200) which transmits a stored message to a control center when fire is sensed through the fire sensor; a fire extinguishing device(400) which extinguishes the fire by discharging a fire extinguishing material to the inner part of the railroad vehicles; and a controller(300) which guides fire action tips to passengers through the monitor or the speaker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
