PURPOSE: A recycle method and system for automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills are provided to recycle polyethylene components of high quality from which chrome components are removed and to minimize the amount of used acid solution.;CONSTITUTION: A recycle method for automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills comprises steps of: filling a certain amount of dissolving solution in a dissolver tub(10), putting the entire or crushed automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills in a mesh container(30), putting the container in the dissolver tub, operating a low frequency oscillator(20) installed inside the dissolver tub for 1 to 2 hours to dissolve and separate the chrome and paint plated on the automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills, recovering polyethylene components from the automotive exterior molding parts and radiator grills, and collecting chrome from the dissolved solution through electrodeposition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
