摘要

PURPOSE: A 3D binaural filtering system using SAC(Spectral Audio Doding) side information and a method thereof are provided to reduce the deterioration of sound quality in a binaural filtering procedure by outputting a 3D binaural signal without restoring a multi-channel audio signal through additional SAC information.;CONSTITUTION: A stereo decoder(S110) outputs a PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) signal by decoding a downmix audio bitstream which constitutes a multichannel audio signal through terrestrial DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) and satellite DMB. An additional information analyzer(S130) extracts multichannel audio reproduction feature parameters through the analysis of additional information bistratem which constitutes the multichannel audio signal. A binaural filtering unit(S150) outputs a 3D binaural signal from a downmix audio signal through the multichannel audio reproduction feature parameters.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
