PURPOSE: A low-polar nano particle metal paste is provided to secure the high viscosity and metal loading for a flexography and screen printing application, and to produce a nanoparticle thin film with the proper adhesive force to a glass substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A low-polar nano particle metal paste contains a metal nanoparticle solution including a metal nanoparticle, a stabilizer, a low polarity additive, and a solvent. The low polarity additive is a styrenated terphene or polyterphene resin, or its compound. A formation method of a conductive feature on a substrate includes the following steps: producing a dispersion solution including the metal nanoparticle, the stabilizer, the low polarity additive, and the solvent; evaporating the solution to the substrate; and heating the solution in 80~200deg C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
