PURPOSE: An advanced clean water processing system having an ozone reaction paper without a high efficiency ozone dissolution apparatus and discharged ozone gas is provided to improve the dissolution efficiency of the expensive ozone gas by reducing the quantity needed of the ozone gas. CONSTITUTION: An advanced clean water(20) processing system comprises as follows. The raw water rapidly mixes in the first ozone dissolution apparatus with the raw water in the ozone gas. The low concentration ozone gas among the raw water is divided. The low concentration ozone gas among the raw water passes through the second ozone dissolution stage. The hydrogen peroxide selectively injects the second low concentration ozone gas. The water level of the ozone reactor is automatically controlled. The taste odor cause matter among the raw water and organic compound is filtered.
