PURPOSE: A pressing device with a cooling function is provided to improve the convenience of a patient by including a wicking layer with a first surface and a second surface.;CONSTITUTION: A pressing device(10) includes a wicking layer, and a bladder. The wicking layer includes a first surface and a second surface separated from the first surface and transfers moisture. The bladder forms a pressing region using bladder materials on the second surface. A part of the wicking layer is matches to at least one opening of the bladder.
