PURPOSE: A control contact point device is provided to mechanically execute a contact and separation process between a fixed contact point and a displacement contact point by including a key.;CONSTITUTION: A control contact point device(10) comprises a fixed contact point, a displacement contact point, a key, an electromagnet, and a controller. The electromagnet is connected to the displacement contact point. The controller is connected to an external power supply. The controller controls a power supply process for the key and the electromagnet. When power is supplied to the electromagnet, the displacement contact point is contacted with the fixed contact point.
