PURPOSE: A pre-coding/pre-decoding method and a device thereof are provided to reduce the occupation of an uplink channel resource by compensating a difference between the uplink and a downlink.;CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal(600) transmits a control signaling(602) to a reception terminal(650). The transmission terminal requests the transmission of an UL sounding signal about the entire sub-carriers in a frequency band which allocated in a j-th frame(654) to the reception terminal. The transmission terminal informs the reception terminal of the estimation of the channel matrix H about a SVD by using a preamble(610) in the (j+1)th frame.
