APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING FIBER CARBONIZATION DEGREE OF CARBONIZED FIBER

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for measuring fiber carbonization degree are provided to quickly and simply analyze carbonization degree of carbonized fiber.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring fiber carbonization comprises: a glass tube(10) having a long hole to expose carbonized fiber; a voltage controller(20) which is connected with the carbonized fiber bundle which is exposed to both ends of the glass tube; and a resistance thermometer(30) for measuring temperature of the carbonized fiber bundle by voltage controller. The length and diameter of the carbonized fiber are 6-10 cm and 4-7 cm, respectively. A method for measuring fiber carbonization comprises: a step of inserting the arbonized fiber bundle to the glass tube; a step of connecting the both ends of the carbonized fiber to the glass tube and connecting the resistance thermometer to the carbonized fiber bundle; and a step of measuring the temperature of the carbonized fiber bundle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
