PURPOSE: A controllable graphene sheet manufacturing method using thermal plasma chemical vapor deposition is provided to consecutively make mass production of graphene by consecutively supplying carbon source material. CONSTITUTION: A controllable graphene sheet manufacturing method using thermal plasma chemical vapor deposition is as follows. A thermal plasma flame(6) of high temperature is forming by injecting plasma gas. A gaseous or liquid type carbon source material is inserted in the plasma flame. An atomized carbon atom is transferred to the thermal plasma flame to form a carbon atom beam flowing to the fast speed. A long rod is attached to an anode(4) by inserting the carbon atom beam to the rod to uniform the beam.
