PURPOSE: A sample collecting apparatus for roughage bale silage, and a collecting pounder are provided to enhance the efficiency of the work collecting a sample since a rim is formed for a discharging part.;CONSTITUTION: A sample collecting apparatus for roughage bale silage comprises a collecting part(2), a discharging part(4) and a bit part(9). The collecting part comprises a cutting blade(3) which is formed on one end of the collecting part. The collecting part comprises a space which is formed along the length. The discharging part is connected to the other end of the collecting part. The discharging part comprises a hole(7), which is connected to the space of the collecting part. The bit part is connected to an electric instrument and is formed on one side of the discharging part.
