PURPOSE: A heat shielding layer using the color changeable type metal peroxide binder and a manufacturing method is provide to obtain the flat piece surface and to use the existing coating device, thereby it can manufacture with a low production cost.;CONSTITUTION: A heat shielding layer using the color changeable type metal peroxide binder and a manufacturing method forms the color changeable thermal barrier layer. Upper surface of a base layer successively forms a thermal barrier layer and adhesion layer. The upper side of adhesion has structure which attached released paper. The thermal barrier layer forms a color changeable type metal peroxide binder and a thermal barrier material by using the mixed coating sol. The coating sol of the thermal barrier comprises a thickening agent 0.5~2.0 parts by weight, an organic solvent 10~20 parts by weight, and a photopolymer 20~30 parts by weight and a heat insulation material 10~30 parts by weight about color changeable type metal peroxide binder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
