PURPOSE: A trephine drill for maxillary sinus operation is provided, which prevents intramembrane explosion phenomenon and achieves stable surgical operation.;CONSTITUTION: A trephine drill for maxillary sinus operation comprises: a drill main body(10) in which a front end is opened in order to form a bone window of the ring type in the outside brain site of maxilla while forming a cylindrical shape; a handle part(11) integrally connected to the drill main body; and a plurality of abrasive particles(12) which are formed into a projection form in the front end of the drill main body in order to prevent intramembrane rupture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
