PURPOSE: A rubber sheet for anti-skid and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to strictly control the expose amount of glass fiber about non-skid surface, thereby reducing the usage amount of the glass fiber.;CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet for anti-skid and a manufacturing method thereof has a glass fiber strand(121) which one end is exposed to non-skid surface and middle part laid in rubber sheet perpendicularly about the non-skid surface and other end is exposed to opposite surface of non-skid surface. The glass fiber strand is arranged by comprising a row with other glass fiber strand. The diameter of the glass fiber strand that is 0.2mm~2mm is used.
