摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing drain pipe using waste plastic is provided to have effect which can recycle the waste plastic.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing drain pipe using waste plastic comprises next. A selected waste plastic form the domestic waste and industrial waste is cut into convenient size to be clean. The cut waste plastic is washed. The washed waste plastic is dried. The dried waste plastic is fused with a high heat. The fused plastic is formed into a small pellet state. A band is molded as screw type by mixing a waste plastic 90~96.5 weight % of pellet state and ethylene bisamide 1~3 weight% and calcium(Ca) 1~3 weight% and mineral oil 1~3 weight% and pigment 0.5~1 weight%, fuse-emitting in high temperature. The screwed molded band is dried to low temperature(50~70 temperature degree). A connection unit covered with a PP which fused the cooled screw type band is comprised of drain pipe fix-connected to the connection unit by welded. The ethylene bisamide is a mold releasing agent which conveniently perform releasing when ejecting form the mold and carbonization protecting of waste plastic fused in high temperature and the compression unit. Calcium is a filler which stabilizes the shrinkage ratio and intensity when solidifying as cooled after molding the waste plastic. The mineral oil is a plasticizer which conveniently processes and molds by increasing the flexibility, elasticity, and bending of the waste plastic. After molding the waste plastic, the pigment realize the drain pipe in various colors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
