PURPOSE: A system for providing a coupon issuing using a VAN by analyzing the client behavior and location-based information is provided to analyze information about one membership store where a client took a meal and to analyze and predict the other purchasing activity of the client, thereby providing the coupons of nearby to the client.;CONSTITUTION: A VAN(Value-added Network) system transmits the code of a card terminal of membership store requesting the payment to a VAN coupon issuing server(200,300). The VAN coupon issuing server extracts and stores information about the membership store. A coupon which a purchase method of a client is predicted is transmitted to the VAN system. The VAN system transmits the coup to the card terminal with a payment approval signal. The VAN coupon is provided to the client.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
