PURPOSE: An optimizing algorithm for balanced clustering in WSNs is provided to efficiently control the distance balance between clusters through the recommendation of a temporal cluster head. CONSTITUTION: A temporary cluster head transmits a candidate recommendation message to a communication range R, and the candidate nodes of the optimized cluster head are selected as a cluster head by itself through a probability model. The selected cluster head transmits a duplication prevention message of the cluster within a range 2R, and transmits a cluster participation confirmation message to all nodes for TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) scheduling. Each general nodes transmit the participation intention message to the nearest cluster.
