PURPOSE: A functional beverage composition comprising deep sea water, black garlic extract, jujube fruit extract, and organic acid is provided to increase health, stamina, tonic effect, refreshment, arteriosclerosis, anti-aging and to reduce high blood pressure and diabetes.;CONSTITUTION: A functional beverage composition mainly contains demineralized or partially demineralized deep sea water, black garlic extract 1000~10,000mg, jujube fruit extract 1000~3000mg, and organic acid 30~1000mg per 100ml of the functional beverage composition. The other ingredients are refined salt, sweetener, viscosity controlling agent, perfume, antiseptic, and more than one fruit juice. The organic acid is selected from among citric acid, metal salt, or lactic acid. A sweetener is selected from Polyhydric alcohol including D-sorbitol and xylitol, saccharide including sucrose, glucose, maltose, fructos, fruit sugar, isolmerized sugar, stevioside, and honey. A fruit juice is selected among orange juice, orange extract, lemon juice or lemon extract, grapefruit juice or grapefruit extract, apple juice or apple extract, strawberry juice or strawberry extract, peach juice or peach extract, prune juice or prune extract, mango juice or mango extract, and papaya juice or papaya extract. The viscosity controlling agent is selected among gellan gum, guar gum, alginic acid sodium salt, CMC sodium.
