PURPOSE: A method and a device for allocating an implementation friendly resource coupled with admission control in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) wireless cognitive network are provided to control concentration interference, thereby protecting a main system.;CONSTITUTION: Initial channel scheduling and power allocation are performed about each sub transmission node(201).
