PURPOSE: A method and a device for providing advertisement information based on video scene are provided to provide advertisement and recommendation information recommending video scene, thereby advertiser can provided advertisement related to the video scene with video.;CONSTITUTION: A video scene extractor(100) collects video and information related to the related video. The video scene extractor analyzes the video and the video related information. The video scene extractor extracts the scenes included in the video. An scene recommendation information provider(110) generates scene recommendation information expressing the recommended scene related to the advertisement among the extracted scenes.
