PURPOSE: A controlling apparatus for improving stability on maintenance for water purification systems by membrane filters and a method thereof are provided to increase the effectiveness of the maintenance to reduce the maintenance management cost and improve the stability.;CONSTITUTION: A control device(180) for the filter membrane water purification system comprises a raw water electronic valve(110) which is installed on the raw water piping in order to supply the raw water among a plurality of separation films to the separation film of one series, a filtered water electronic valve discharging the most of the filtered water exhausted from the separation film of one series, and is installed on the filtered water piping in order to supply the back washing, an enriched water electronic valve which is installed on the concentration water pipe in order to discharge a part of the filtered water of the separation film, an air input electronic valve installed on the air input piping which is connected to the raw water piping in order to supply the compressed air to the separation film, a PID controller(150) controlling opening and shutting of each electronic valve, a pressure sensor which is installed on the raw water piping and measures the inner pressure, an online particle counter which is installed on the filtered water piping in order to on a real time basis measure the number of particle included in the filtered water exhausted through the separation film, and a controller which automatically processes the PDT.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
