PURPOSE: A chemical composition manufacturing device using a continuous system stirring device is provided to reduce facility investment costs.;CONSTITUTION: A chemical composition manufacturing device using a continuous system stirring device includes a raw material tank(50a), a pump(52), a continuous system stirring device(70), a composition detector(80), and a plugger(90). The raw material tank individually stores each raw material components of the chemical composition. The pump is connected to the raw material tank. The raw material components are transferred. In the continuous system stirring device, the raw material component more than 2 transferred to from the raw material tank. And the chemical composition, in which a plurality of raw material components is uniformly mixed, is flown out.
