PURPOSE: A 3D manhole management system and a method thereof for confirming management information of a manhole through 3D GIS are provided to accurately recognize the location of the manhole by displaying the information about the maintenance.;CONSTITUTION: A database server manages 3D GIS information, manhole information and manhole opening/closing information. A GIS server(110) displays the manholes in 3D images according to 3D GIS information. The GIS server offers three-dimensional images about the manholes.
