PURPOSE: A certificate document management method for a demand for insurance and a system thereof using a bar code for annexing the bar code to a medical certificate in the hospital are provided to no need to input the certificate documents contents.;CONSTITUTION: A hospital server(100) includes a bar code module. The bar code module encodes the medical information of a patient to the bar code. The hospital server supplies the certificate documents for the demand for insurance in which the encoded bar code is included. An insurance company server(200) includes the bar code decoding module.
