PURPOSE: A hand-held hand exercise acupressure device is provided, which enables rehabilitation treatment and hand exercise using elasticity.;CONSTITUTION: A hand-held hand exercise acupressure device comprises: a body part(100) made of polyurethane material; and an acupressure unit(200) equipped with one or more protrusions made of polyurethane material and formed in the surface of body part. The body part is a spherical form with diameter of 5-10cm.
