A SEMI-AUTOMATED METHOD FOR DETECTING CONJUGATE-POINT PAIRS FOR GEOMETRIC MAP TRANSFORMATION BETWEEN ATTACHED CADASTRAL MAP OF KOREA LAND INFORMATION SYSTEM AND TOPOLOGICAL MAP
PURPOSE: A semi-automated method for detecting conjugate-point pairs for geometric map transformation between an attached cadastral map of Korea Land Information System and a topological map is provided to reduce time and cost thereof and supply an output having uniform quality by semi-automatically extracts conjugate-point pairs necessary for correcting the location and shape of spatial information of a continuous cadastral map. CONSTITUTION: A digital map and a cadastral map are inputted, and the coordinate systems of those two maps are standardized into a coordinate system of a digital map. A block polygon is generated by suing a trans-hydro network which can be defined jointly(200), and a common entity set semantically corresponding to those two maps is newly generated. One-to-one block poly pairs are generated in the block polygon set(300), and the conjugate-point pairs set is determined for each one-to-one block polygon pair(400).
