A FOOD WASTE DISPOSER AND A TREATMENT METHOD OF FOOD WASTE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A food waste disposer and a method for treating food waste using the same are provided to block bad smell, toxic gas, and salt generated in a decomposition process by mixing and fermenting seed compost and food waste. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposer includes a seed compost filling unit(1), a cover(3), an agitator(4), an air inflow pipe(5), and an outlet(6). Seed composts(2) of 50 to 70 % volume are filled in the seed compost filling unit. The cover is installed on the upper side of the seed compost filling unit. The agitator is mounted on the central axis to rotate the center of the seed compost unit to mix the seed compost with the food waste. The air inflow pipe is installed on the lower side of the seed compost filling unit to supply the air for fermentation. The outlet is installed on the upper side of the seed compost filling unit to discharge the byproduct generated in the fermentation process.
