PURPOSE: An auto-recovery system for a distributed control system of a plant and a method therefore are provided to prevent accidents and instability by adding a safe adjusting process in a DCS.;CONSTITUTION: A logic makes an auto-recovery system automatically restored. A logic configuration unit forms a logic to improve the stability of the auto-recovery system. A determining unit decides control performance. An automatic restoring unit automatically restores and collects the value of a PID, a PI controller, and a control loop in a distribution system.
