A bio-barriers, radioactive waste disposal facilities and methods are provided to restrict the movement of uranium effectively from a high-level waste disposal tunnel by changing uranium oxide into reduced uranium. A radioactive waste disposal facility comprises an underground radioactive waste disposal tunnel(110) and a barrier(120), and a biological barrier. The underground radioactive waste disposal tunnel has more than one storage modules(130) which stores a canister(131). The biological barrier, made of a microorganism(121), is formed at the wall of the radioactive waste disposal tunnel. The microorganism surviving in the underground of 200m-500m restores 6-varant uranium into 4-varant uranium.
