An auxiliary probe for the increase of the signal of a microarray, a method for designing the auxiliary probe, and a target material for the increase of the signal of a microarray are provided to increase the fluorescence value expressed by the blending of an auxiliary probe having an auxiliary fluorescent material with a target material, thereby increasing the signal of a microarray. An auxiliary probe for the increase of the signal of a microarray comprises the oligonucleotide which has the sequence complementary to the some base sequence of the target material having a target fluorescent material and is labelled with an auxiliary fluorescent material, wherein the auxiliary fluorescent material has the fluorescence value identical to that of the target fluorescent material or can increase the fluorescence value.
